Parents 'haven't given up hope' for daughter missing in Sendai, at the heart of Japanese disaster
The worried parents of a girl missing in Sendai were last night hanging onto hope she is alive and they would soon hear from their 'brave' daughter.
Hannah Craggs, 27, has not been in touch with her family since the sixth largest earthquake in history devastated Japan yesterday.
The monster earthquake - 8,000 times stronger than the one that crippled New Zealand last month - sent a giant 33 foot tsunami hurtling across the Pacific Ocean.
Missing: Hannah Craggs lived just miles from Sendai, which bore the brunt of the carnage caused by the quake
Thousands of people were forced to flee for their lives as the massive wave chased them down, caused by the the 8.9 magnitude quake.
And Ms Craggs, who lives just miles away from Sendai which bore the brunt of the carnage, has yet to get in touch with her concerned family.
