The Only Way Is Essex: Lauren Goodger shows off her bikini body on the beach
After being devastated during the first season of The Only Way Is Essex when her then-ex Mark Wright labelled her 'huge', Lauren Goodger vowed to shape up.
After spending the months between filming working with a personal trainer and embarking on a new healthy eating plan, the reality star proudly showed off her figure during a recent beach holiday.
Lauren, 23, strolled along the beach in Lanzarote in a skimpy purple bikini, giving photographers an eyeful of her curvaceous body.

Miss Goodger checked her phone as she walked along the water's edge on the Spanish island, before taking a dip in the sea.
She posed up a storm, splashing about in the waves and flipping her wet hair about, and even managed to keep her carefully applied make-up in place.
Lauren escaped for some and sun and relaxation just before filming of the second series began last month.
While the first series saw her in constant turmoil over her ex Mark's playboy antics with a series of other women, new episodes have seen a change in fortune for Lauren, with the pair reuniting and becoming engaged.

Lauren recently revealed that she hired a personal trainer in an effort to shift even more weight after getting down to ten stone during the last season after Mark was filmed criticising her figure in an early episode.
'I’m one of those people who loses weight quickly, but puts it on just as quickly. If I train and eat healthily you can notice, and if I drink and eat rubbish you can notice,' she told Closer magazine last month.
'I’m being healthy now and use a personal trainer, Nikki Diamond, who was Scorpio on the TV show Gladiators.

Shaping up: Lauren embarked on a weight loss regime after being called 'huge' by her now-fiancé Mark during season one
'We do a mix of running and weights, so I feel like I’ve been beaten up the next day!
'I started training with her in the new year and I’ve really noticed a difference.
'I’m much more toned, and I feel so much more confident in a bikini when I’ve been working out.'
'I’m not on a diet as such, but I’m eating little and often - things like salads and chicken and smoothies.
'I try to stay away from bread and pasta, and I’ll eat couscous instead of stodgy potatoes.'
And while Lauren now knows what foods she can and can't eat, she knows one of the main reasons she puts on weight - drinking.
She said: 'The day after a night out I crave carbs and eat tons.
'When we were making the show I was often filming late, so even though I’d had dinner I’d be hungry again at one in the morning.
'Thankfully, my tummy stays quite flat but extra weight shows on my arms, face and legs. I’ve got Beyoncé thighs, but Mark says they’re sexy.'
We can expect more of the reality stars in their bikinis over the next few months. Recent episodes of the show have shown the cast gearing up for their annual pilgrimage to Marbella and embarking on their 'no carbs before Marbs' regimes to ensure they look their best on the beach.
Meanwhile, reports today claim that Lauren has been asked to return the Kia car gifted to her by the company when she failed to appear in The Only Way Is Essex driving it.
'Lauren’s scenes in the Kia keep getting cut. She’s used it while filming but so far it hasn’t appeared in the show,' a source told the Mirror.
'Kia is demanding the car back because they had an unofficial agreement that hasn’t worked out.'
